On the 2nd Saturday of each month, Lithe and Easy Yoga offers
a family-oriented class led by certified Yoga instructor Meghan Gunther.

Charlotte Behavioral Health Care through the Fred Lang Foundation
on February 11th at 1:00 p.m.
Pay what you wish for the class - all the proceeds will go directly to
Charlotte Behavioral Health Care.
