Yoga is a state of wholeness..
It is the bringing together - the union of the body, mind and spirit.
Yoga is experienced when the activity in the mind is pacified, calmed, quieted - still.
Using the breath to connect the mind and body through prescribed exercises (Hatha Yoga), the ability to achieve a meditative state and find harmony in one's self and with others is possible.
Do not eat within 1 - 2 hours before yoga or meditation practice.
Please do not wear fragrance.
