Meghan Gunther

Meghan came to study Yoga after being given Paramahansa Yogananda's Autobiography of aYogi. From reading Yogananda's autobiography, she discovered how she was already practicing Yoga through her many years of independent self-study. By way of synchronicity, Meghan met Virgina at a pinnacle point in her (Meghan's) life, which was the catalyst for her pursuit of the formalization of her Yoga study.
She has been certified to teach through Lithe and Easy Yoga's Hatha Yoga Levels I & II Teacher Training Courses and continues to passionately study and practice yoga with Virginia's guidance. Having benefited from living a more healthy, balanced and focused life she is enthusiastic about sharing her love and knowledge of yoga with her family, friends, and all others who are open and interested.

Meghan's passion is to offer donation-based classes which serve both the beneficiary organization and the general community.
At Yoga at Periwinkle Place, she instructs our Classes for a Cause - monthly family-oriented community classes by donation.
Meghan also assists in a variety of ways, as part of her apprenticeship with Virginia Williamson.
